WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WOLVES ARE EXPOSED????

Today’s African American church, actually the American church as a whole, has put on blinders. They are in denial that those they admire the most are false teachers and prophets, often referred to as wolves. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing (Mat 7:15) who have infiltrated the Church. As Jude says, they have crept in unawares. The mainline media has facilitated this poison in the church by concentrating on giving exposure to the false and only occasionally giving exposure to the true prophets of God.  Many local pastors are so imbedded with the wolves and have spoken so much of them from the pulpit that they are now embarrassed to admit the error. Walk into the office of a local pastor and casually scan his book shelves. More often than not the most current books on the shelf are from the wolves.
They fail to see the benefits, both spiritual and financial, of casting out the wolves and correcting the situation. Unfortunately they fear a loss of membership and fellowship by exposing the wolves (that’s another article). Obedience has both its consequences and benefits.

When wolves are exposed the pastor ceases being disobedient to God’s word. Disobedience hinders God’s best for you; remember God adds to the Church. Calling out false prophets will make you unpopular with many, but popular with God. Roman 16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.  18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.  19 For your obedience is come abroad unto all [men]. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil. 

When wolves are exposed the pastor ceases to be imbedded in the false doctrine of Korah which said “ all the congregation is holy”. Though the wolves appear to be part of the body, they are not and neither are JW’s, Mormons or Oneness Pentecostals. They along with other false prophets are not part of God’s true congregation. Nu 16:3 They gathered together against Moses and Aaron, and said to them, "You take too much upon yourselves, for all the congregation is holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them. Why then do you exalt yourselves above the assembly of the LORD?"

When wolves are exposed there will be an increase giving in the local congregation- funds will cease going to the wolves. People see the TV evangelist as having greater faith than the local pastor. The local pastors mimic “seed faith giving” unknowingly setting themselves up. You sow the seed to good faith filled ground, well unfortunately according to pragmatism the TV evangelist has the greater faith and therefore gets the seed, cutting off the small local minister who only receives the residual flow. The local pastor only gets the trickle while the TV wolf gets the overflow. In the following verse we apply a spiritual principle to a material matter. Mt 7:6 "Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

When wolves are exposed your messages will have greater impact. Why? The wolves will stop sugar coating your members with the Teflon of Deceit so that God’s Word of Truth slides off. Remember, the wolves through TV, cassettes, cds and dvds have access to the congregation a greater number of hours per week than the pastor. The average pastor might get in a good two hours of word with his congregation (bible study & Sunday service) “Who feeds the dog the most gets the dog’s loyalty.” Right now many members are suffering this effect from the Creeps.  2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

When wolves are exposed it reveals that a level of discernment has been regained. It obvious that the lack of discernment allows false teaching and heretics to enter the church unnoticed.
1Jo 4:1 ¶ Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
 Ac 17:11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.
 1Th 5:21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.

When wolves are exposed membership will begin to once again grow Godly. Understand that your members grow according to who feeds them the most- the more they are fed by the wolves the more tainted they are and  their growth is stunted. To enhance true spiritual growth , EXPOSE the wolves!   Ro 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

When wolves are exposed you are fulfilling the duty of a watchman. You, the pastor are in position to receive God’s blessing. You begin the process of building a hedge of protection around your members, educating them about and protecting them from the ever increasing pattern of cons and ploys including holy water, prayer rugs, sanctified sand from Israel, prayer clothes and etc.(Tabernacle Offering, Resurrection Offering) All extortion techniques designed to get the money from the local congregation to the TV wolf. Eze 33:6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take [any] person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.
 Eze 33:7 So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.

When wolves are exposed you publicly acknowledge that you have ceased to seek the favor of men by being in the in-crowd. You will then find it easier to cease reading the popular books and going to popular conferences just to be in the right crowd irregardless of doctrine.
Eph 5:7 Therefore do not be partakers with them.
 Eph 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light
 Eph 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.

When wolves are exposed the sinner in attendance sees the correction of God and realizes that those who disgust him the most are not Christians at all. It’s amazing that sinners can see the con-artist at work on TV but those in the body, because of lack of discernment, fail see the con.  The Sinner will see that not all the church is blinded and seeking after money. He will become aware that many hypocrites who have given him reason for not attending are sinners and not saved.  2Ti 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
 2Ti 3:17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Rom 2:24 For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written. 

When wolves are exposed we stop the peddlers by reducing those who listen By exposing wolves we save souls, snatching many from the fire.  2 cor: 17 For we are not, like so many, peddlers of God's word, but as men of sincerity, as commissioned by God, in the sight of God we speak in Christ. 
Jude 1:23 but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.

When wolves are exposed you will receive the commendation of the Glorified Lord when you expose false prophets.
Re 2:2 "I know your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are apostles and are not, and have found them liars;
 Re 2:6 "But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
 Re 2:9 "I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
Re 2:13 "I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan's throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

When you fail to expose wolves you will be rebuked by the Lord when we appear oblivious to the problem or allow heretics into the congregation. The Lord is against you!
Re 2:14 "But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality.
 Re 2:20 "Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.

Mt 23:13 ¶ "But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.
 Mt 23:15 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.
 Mt 23:25 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence.
 Mt 23:27 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness.
